Kay Mills Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship History
The Kay Mills Memorial Endowment was established by Zeta Tau Chapter #4133 March 14, 2005. The first scholarship was awarded in 2008.
This endowment was created in memory of our beloved sister, Kay Mills. She was an active ESA member for 30 years. During that time she held chapter and district offices as well as numerous state appointments.
Kay was a 5th grade teacher and devoted her life’s work to the field of education. Kay lost her battle against cancer in February 2004. Through this endowment we keep a flame of her devotion to the teaching profession aglow.
