New Mexico State Council Roadrunner Scholarship
Scholarship History
The New Mexico State Council Roadrunner Endowment was established when the New Mexico Roadrunner Endowment and the New Mexico State Council Endowment merged on May 17, 2007. The first scholarship given under this current name was 2008.
The New Mexico Roadrunner Endowment was established by the New Mexico Past State Presidents, the Roadrunners, on May 10, 1989. Its first scholarship was awarded in 1995.
The New Mexico State Council Endowment established by the New Mexico State Council on August 27, 2003, using the state’s profit from the 2001 International Convention held in Albuquerque as the seed money for the endowment. Its first scholarship was awarded in 2005.
