The Hope for Kansas Heroes Endowment was established as the Kansas State Presidents’ Lamplighter Endowment the Kansas Lamplighters May 16, 2011. January 7, 2012 the endowment’s name was changed to its current name. The first scholarship was awarded in 2014.
