Scholarship History

The Winger Leyes Endowment was established by Wanda Sands-Leyes March 29, 2014.  

The endowment was established to assist students who have been accepted into an accredited cosmetology school in California and Oregon but may not have sufficient funds to purchase the required ‘kit’ / supplies for the course.
