Scholarship History
The Indiana State Council Endowment was established by the Indiana State Council June 21, 1991. The first scholarship was awarded in 1994.
It was merged with the Judy & Morton Lester Endowment in 2018. The Judy and Morten Lester Endowment was established by Judy Lester March 1, 2003.
